What is it about this note that makes you read on? I started writing in confusion, a way of rationalising the thoughts that flashed through my mind. Evidence of my feelings built up over time will surely make me realise how good I have it now. I mean right now. Imagine, roll your clocks forward 50 years, for those lucky enough to still be around-you will be happy, but we will see how good we have it now. So my feelings are no longer those about ever lasting sorrow, or a search for eternal happiness, more a reflection on things good and bad, a reflection into a positive domain. Yeah, you know what we have bad days, days we feel crap, days we just want to end. Come the end of the day however, do you ever wish you could re-live that day, and do one thing different? because that my friend is the tomorrow you are about to have. Never again will you have that day because you reflected everything through your mind and you came out smiling.

I ask you again, Why are you reading this?

These are my thoughts, surely they are meaningless to you? Why would you want to reflect on my thoughts? Perhaps we are having the same thoughts. Wouldnt that be wierd, you and me with the same thoughts in our mind. No, not really because we are all differently the same (Donovan Frankenreiter) we can all relate to each others thoughts and dreams in one way or another. So when I started writing these I thought I was talking to myself, until I was left a comment, and then I made someone smile and now I realise I’m not talking to myself, nor am I alone in what I think. In a roundabout way, I’m telling you you’re not alone. Just like the writers of famous songs we hear, we share the same feelings and we aspire to the same dreams. We are still individuals though.

Are you still reading this? Does that mean you understand what I’m trying to say? Does that mean you understand the feelings inside your mind? You’ve got it good at the moment. Smile, enjoy the next 5 minutes for what it really is. Just before you do, put on a song-any song, listen to that song, I mean really listen to it and understand what is being said. Next time you think you’ve got it bad sing that song in your head. Smile.

In case you’re wondering what my song is, I’ve written about it previously but its amazing it really makes me smile.
